The operator provides the platform's own services. The contract and settlement between client and contractor are made directly between them; the operator is not a party to that deal and does not provide payment services.
1. General provisions
This document sets out the terms for the provision of the platform's paid services where a user has selected such services. Creating a free profile does not in itself create any obligation to pay.
2. Acceptance of the offer
The offer is deemed accepted once a paid service has been expressly selected and paid for, or a separate application has been signed. Until then, forms for funding, partnership, and enabling integrations are preliminary and free of charge.
3. Price and refunds
The price, scope of the service, delivery period, and refund procedure are stated before payment. In the absence of these terms, no payment shall be requested.
4. Final provisions
The relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation and a written claim.
