1. What data we collect

The platform processes the data a user provides during registration, when placing an order, submitting a bid, sending an enquiry, or registering for an event: name, email, region, contact details, and the content of the message.

For security and analytics purposes, technical data may be processed: cookies, an anonymised visitor identifier, and the date and type of the page viewed.

2. How the data is used

Data is used to operate the account, deliver orders and enquiries to their recipients, send email notifications, prevent abuse, and generate anonymised statistics.

3. Disclosure and storage

Contact details are shared with a seller, creator, or organiser only as part of a user's action. We do not sell personal data. Data is stored for as long as the account is active or for the period required to fulfil obligations.

4. User rights

A user may request the correction, export, or deletion of their data by writing to partner@creative.kz.
