The operator provides the platform's own services. The contract and settlement between client and contractor are made directly between them; the operator is not a party to that deal and does not provide payment services.
1. Purpose of the platform
QAZCREATIVE.KZ provides a catalogue, registry, project exchange, event listings, and communication tools. The platform is not a party to transactions between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Account and publications
The user is responsible for the accuracy of their data, the security of their account, and the lawfulness of the materials they publish. Fraud, spam, copyright infringement, and the publication of unlawful content are prohibited.
3. Orders and projects
Price, timeframes, delivery, and deliverables are agreed between the buyer and the provider. Statuses within the platform record the progress of the interaction but do not replace a contract between the parties.
4. Limitation of liability
The platform takes reasonable measures to keep the service available but does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of external services, including email, maps, payment, and marketplace integrations.
